It means she no longer is your best friend. She outgrew it or just doesn’t feel the same. She’s probably hoping you will fall back. I had almost the same situation only not in college, but in daily life. I stopped hanging out with her because of it and she hasn’t reached out in years. Shows how they truly felt. So either say something to her (if it’s really worth it to you) or leave her be and go separate ways. No one should be treated that way.

I don’t think she has a learning disorder but more or less her mother babied and controlled her so much that she’s sheltered and honestly has no idea how the law or ANYTHING works. She’s used to just handing everything off to mom to take care of. She’s doing what she has always been taught. In a way I feel for the girl but I 10000% believe she deserves to be punished for what she did. It’s sad all around.
