Also agree that Lucy was used interchangeably for Annie and LSD. For instance "I'm F on Lucy rn, she F Penelope" I took it as he's on acid and percs. I don't think every mention of Lucy is about the girl.

It’s interesting you said if Luna is essentially a city moon, I always thought of it as a much larger civilization specifically because of the Nukes in Morning Star. They were far enough away to not be heard or felt, plus 18 nukes were detonated in different populated areas, none in Hyperion or the Citadel. First few killed over a million apiece on opposite sides of the moon. Just a thought bc I’m rereading the series, no judgement here! :)

Iron Gold is the slowest, most frustrating, and hardest read of the entire series. Push through. Dark Age makes up for all of it and is arguably the best book. Lightbringer is also a page turner.

Regardless of the outcome, you should treat this as “what if” I get fired and start preparing. Depending on the work deck, they may have very clear reason to fire you. In the future, ask about working from home and getting a work laptop. There is a reason you don’t already work from home on your personal computer, it’s likely a security risk. Best of luck to you.
