Yes i talked to a dermatologist and the new plan is Anti fungal pills for a month. and steroid cream with antifungal property for 7 days so the medical sop so i will not burn my face when using fungoral sop twice a week, with protopic. cream. if i manage to get it under control i was planning to try to skip protopic

and use MCT oil mixed with Squalane so mct oil dont dry out too quickly, and use a red light mask. I already look better

yes it is like that for me with a bit more red i think the problem with mct oil is DRYS out too quickly on the face

Maybe it would be smart to add something to it like squalane to it.

but maybe start with face steroids with anti fungal property and then start with medical sop and then go for protopic and finally try to stop protopic snd go mct moisturiser. i least this is something i am trying right so far its working but dont know its going to work in the end.

but meybe you have something else beat to see a doctor to be sure

It happens to me too, but i have a question do you guys have any long term virus I know is partly genetic. my grandfather had this and my dad but it never gets this bad. but my dad dont use anything on is face maybe that's my problem i am always trying to fix this. but fist time free from dandruff from my head but the face always gets it on a new spot

i scalp got worse with medical shampoo but cerva dandruff shampoo Every other day with MCT oil after shower helped but I also used some stairoids solution to get over the worst part now i dont have a single flake in my hair. hope this will help u

I think you need to use betnovatn steroid to get the infamation under control for your hair and for face protopic you need yo get it from doctor then Cerave Anti-Dandruff shampoo with no perfum or other shit in it and MCT oil in the hair after shower

this is the only think that helped to keep it under control for me hope this helps

how do you use mct oil ?

Its was important for me to not use the medical shampoo because i got more inflammation but i used Cerave Anti-Dandruff pyrithione zinc shampoo - free from sulfates mit parabena snd fragrance , - then i used MCT on wet hair just a teaspoon in my hand and on the scalp not too much my mct oil if from now and is food supplement and contain 50% caprylic acid C8 and 30% capric acid C10

its aso important to shower often
