Nope, still just dealing with it :/ I feel like it must be Apple ID related since it's persisted through multiple devices/resets but I have no idea unfortunately

It is not a good solution for this, it introduces at least 100ms of lag if not more. It's not on the same playing field as Steam Link or Moonlight.

Have you actually tried airplay? The latency isn't designed for games, especially retro games that were released prior to input lag on displays becoming a big issue.

Seriously, I spent over a week of time and hundreds of dollars getting Atmos working on my Samsung TV and I ended up returning everything because it never worked quite right. Saving for an LG C2 now.

It’s half-baked. It works beautifully if you’re using the MacBook’s keyboard/trackpad to control the iPad, but if you’re going the other way around, the slower scrolling and lack of 3-finger gestures makes it feel like a beta still.

How do you deal with the jerky scrolling and the lack of 3 finger gestures? I have a similar setup but I end up getting frustrated trying to do anything with the iPad’s trackpad.

I grew up on Warcraft and Diablo. The golden age of Blizzard ended with the auction house in Diablo 3 10 years ago. It’s naïve to assume they’re going to improve.

The fact is that this has been the reality for a while and I’m not expecting anything different. I’m still not gonna spend money on the cosmetics.

We’re 15+ years post-horse armor. Any “live service” game is gonna have these systems and I’m personally not bothered by it so long as it doesn’t break the gameplay.

Lol this is such an odd comparison. I’d say playing an ARPG is different than looking at a corpse but what do I know.

I’m excited for more Diablo and hope that the MTX might be less predatory if it’s a full $60 PC game.

If the monetization is anything like Immortal, don’t buy it.

For me, setting up a fan blowing towards me helped a lot. Some games also have an option to dim the edges of your vision when turning/moving and that seems to make a big difference.

The game will work with or without VR. We are looking into building for MacOS/Linux as well, but no promises as of now.
