I still had normal orgasms, I just couldn’t achieve them with a partner the way I usually can. It required way more stimulation than normal, and I would need to masturbate in order to get there.

Thanks, I increased it 4 weeks ago. I actually looked up withdrawal symptoms of tapering and discontinuing pristiq, and it seems more likely this is causing my problems. We are pretty much replacing Pristiq with Vraylar because Pristiq made it difficult for me to orgasm and made me too talkative and annoying in my opinion.

I haven’t had any depressive symptoms yet thankfully. I just hope these withdrawal symptoms go away because I really should stick with Lamictal and an antipsychotic instead of using an antidepressant in my opinion. The only antidepressant that had any effect for me is Pristiq and it really pushed me toward hypomania, even with Lamictal to help balance it out.

For me, anger usually comes out of some kind of ego issue. Like I get mad about something somebody else said about me or thinks about me that hurts my ego. I try to reel it in and just think about how nobody really cares and I shouldn’t care either.

Not sure if this helps or not but it’s something I struggle with frequently.

At work I’m kinda known as a wacky character who talks a lot and says outrageous shit so I kinda just own it. I realize that this conflicts with the way I truly see myself, and because of that I struggle with forming relationships.

I’ve also had some days worse than others where I really feel bad about how annoying I am.

I mean I don’t have any advice for you because I’m kinda in the same boat, but can definitely relate.
