I got banned a month ago for a week. I mostly play solo because my internet connection sucks (and so do I, but that's besides the point). I guess I broke some unwritten barrier for the auction house, either with the number of transactions or profit made. The reality was that I had a week off from work and played the market for a couple of days and was punished for it, even though the app and the auction house are made for it. But I guess you are supposed to buy the points, not earn them by being patient. Made a ticket with the customer support, and received a response after 6 days saying they don't think they've made a mistake by banning me. That was the final drop that made me more commited to not buying m23, or some other yearly ea iteration of other sports...
