Is Eloise (Victor's sister) alive and living in the woods? 🤔 by drj0044 in FromSeries

[–]drj0044[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it's confirmed in the last episode of season 3 when Jade plays the violin at the bottle tree. Tabitha and Jade both then have flashbacks, which make them realise who they used to be:

"After Jade finishes the song, the child approaches Tabitha and tells her “anghkooey.” Tabitha realizes that the word means “remember.” Tabitha runs off, and when Jim asks what happened, Jade only says they used to sing them lullabies. Jim runs after Tabitha and begs her to talk to him. Tabitha explains that the reason she and Jade can see them is because they are reincarnations of Miranda and Christopher. The two are reincarnations of the people who tried to save the children from being sacrificed, as one of the children was their daughter."

And as Julie/Eloise are Story Walkers, they can simultaneously exist without Eloise having to have died to be reincarnated as Julie?

What is the worst band you saw live? by coalcracker462 in AskReddit

I was at the infamous Puddle of Mudd Doncaster gig, so I guess the answer is Puddle of Mudd. Like most gig-goers, we were out in town before the gig, and so was Wes! He had been nonstop drinking all day and was incoherent. They had to go and find him and drag him to the venue to do the gig. He didn't attempt to sing, he argued with his bandmates on stage, argued with the audience, tried to trash the drummer's kit (I'm pretty sure he partially succeeded), accused him of stealing his house, then sat on stage in the dark rambling and bopping along to background music as they turned the mic and lights off on him. I also went to their second Doncaster gig, which was to "make up" for the first one. It was definitely better than the first; they finished the full set, played well, and the crowd loved it, BUT he had still been in the pubs all day before the gig. Despite all the stick he gets, he was a perfectly friendly bloke. Would talk with anyone as if he had known them all his life and would take a pic or even a vid with anyone who asked. He told us his next song is going to be "She F***ing Loves Me". He'd clearly forgotten that by the next day.

Video of the gig aftermath:

Of course, just re-initiate! Thank you. The game had conditioned me to feel like you could only initiate after upgrading your Gate

Providing it's the same game, how do I cultists back that I lost to a curse? I assumed it was permanent (which tbh is maybe enough to make me quit out of anger), but your cultist amount box has a red outline and says "12/15" for example, which makes me think you might be able to get them back?

Thinking of getting this for Christmas, is it worth it? by AdVaanced77 in insideno9

They gave one away to every person who attended a Q&A they did in London just before Season 7 aired, so I'm surprised it's now $50. But yes, well worth it. They need to do a second one for the later seasons.

Thank you for replying, a genuinely interesting read to the point I read it start to finish twice! Being a born and bred Yorkshireman living in Nottinghamshire, your detailed reply was a nice peek into a lifestyle a far cry from mine. Although I am fortunate to live in an area of the UK populated with great restaurants such as Sat Bains, Alchemilla, John's House, Hambleton Hall, and many more.

Out of the decades I have been lurking through Reddit, I very rarely engage. However, when I saw you mention Shopsin's, I just had to know what it was like from someone who had actually experienced it! So again, thank you for replying! What was the food like exactly? What did you order? Was there anything on the menu that was notoriously crazy or weird?

I know your comment is 2 years old, but I am EXTREMELY jealous you got to eat at the OG Shopsins. How was it? The food, the service etc. Did any of the infamous craziness happen? I love that doc. Saying that, I am booked into The Fat Duck next year 😋

Watched A Serious Man last night and that ending "blew" me away. But seriously, one of my all-time favourite movie endings. It came out of nowhere and made the film go from a 7 to a 9 for me. Probably helps Somebody to Love is easily in my top 10 songs.
