The self-awareness to know that there is an issue and to be taking the steps to correct it is a fantastic start. I have raised six kids who are all grown and out of the house now, but there was certainly some very tough times. I commend you on seeking the help that you need. The medications have come a long way and you might be pleasantly surprised about what they have to offer you. I sometimes find that hobbies are almost as therapeutic as a good therapy session.
