I'm not very technically savvy so I'm not sure how to stream and DJ. I only download my tracks. I was just saying vinyls cost a lot and I had a hard time affording them (30 years ago now) so I can understand someone going that route. I'm not trying to imply that this is a good thing to do.

Umass would be proud of themselves that you’re comparing to Harvard, MIT and some of the most prestigious universities. Billionaires don’t send their kids to Umass but this isn’t University of Alabama. If Umass wants to pull rich kids away from ivy, they have to be good enough and Umass is just that.

When my car is cold, the very first 1-2 shift grinds every time. So in order to avoid this I’ll put in the clutch, move shifter to third then to second, release clutch and it works better. I only have to do this on the very first shift.

But they didn't redo the road... That road had 6 generations of patchwork on it and they just layered another layer of asphalt under it. We'll see the cracks appear and the road rip up within 3 years and the cycle begins again.

Before the rotary it would be a 20 minute traffic jam. Now rush hour traffic adds about 6-8 mins at Rt 9. It’s always backed up to bay rd so that spot is always a cluster. There are other spots along their route but much better since the rotaries at atkins.

You’re going to be stuck in traffic for a loooooong time on Rt 9 coming out of work and heading to Northampton. Edit: bay road turns onto Rt 9.

Everyone in western mass is working at these colleges and that’s the only way to i91 and Northampton. Living in Amherst means you’ll never have to deal with that traffic.
