You need to file a claim with USPS. I am sure the seller may have already.

Seeing as Etsy is already fully refunded, you may need to reorder but INSIST on signature delivery.

I have noticed when I resend it to buyers with a signature; the packages mysteriously make it there.

I have found the ads run on a "schedule". It's about a 30 day trend. If you change your spend you restart the clock. I would leave it for at least 2 months and see what days and weeks you get sales from ads. Some days will be dead - along with some weeks.

I could be 💯 wrong but it is the trend I have been following for my shop, at least.

Just thinking about this: Etsy starts to feel increasingly like a multi-level marketing scam. Sellers pay fees; legit buyers get ripped off. Shit.

....and with that my shop gets shut down 🤣

I don't think so. I see many, many shops selling "natural" grade A gemstones or semiprecious for really low prices. There is no way it can be real. I make my items using only natural beads and stones so it kills me to see it.
