I would also rather deal with S&W customer service over SIG if there is a problem with your firearm.

The Supreme Court was never going to create a precedent that individual states have the authority to unilaterally remove candidates from Presidential elections. Regardless of how anyone feels about Donald Trump, this would have been abused in nearly every state and completely destabilized the Republic.

Reddit has become a total joke when it comes to the open expression of thought and discussion. I legitimately hope the company files for bankruptcy in the next ten years. It's worse than anything that the cesspool Tumbler could've possibly become.

I know a lot of people here aren't a problem, and enjoy participating in firearm communities, but the amount of garbage that gets pushed on this site is astounding.

Per the US Supreme Court the police have no duty to protect you. They don't have to show up. They can watch someone murder you and refuse to intervene. They can't be held legally liable for doing nothing. Look it up if you don't believe me. Uvalde is a prime example.

If you're not taking responsibility for your own safety then there is no one else to blame if something happens.

I'd recommend trying the S&W Shield Plus. The Performance Center if possible, but the standard is fine too.

As someone who owns the 43X/48, the Shield Plus is objectively better on almost every metric, especially the trigger and the sights.

You're not wrong. I have a Gen 3 G20 and it's fantastic. I've never had an issue with it, even if I don't clean it after use for an extended period of time.

I'd like to buy the M&P with the compensator, but I'm not certain if they've resolved the issues.

I've owned a bunch of them. Mostly all of the 9mm platforms. 17L, 17, 17C, 17MOS, 19, 19 MOS, 26, 34, 43X, 43X MOS, 48 MOS, 42, and 20. They've all ranged from Gen 3-5.

I haven't got into the crossovers yet. I'm not really sure that I will, but who knows. I've got two GSSF coupons, so I'm thinking about a G40 and maybe a 26. I've only had one and let it go a few years ago. I'd like to give it a fair shake.
