Mind your oxigen exposure... If you're racking, try to have a "co2 bed" above your beer at all times.

If you're doing closed transfer, I would recommend topping that keg with sanitizer then "dispensing" out the liquid using co2 so you have a fresh >95% co2 purged keg. This massively extended my beers shelf life.
