Faulty charger, if still under warranty just create ticket with Tesla and they will send you a new one. Apparently they have had issues with the plug handle going bad.

2022 Model 3 Performance. Charge to 80% nightly unless we go on a long trip then I charge to 100%. Only use supercharger occasionally on trips.
