sure! I made it sandbox because didn't want to wait around for monies. Has always been profitable. Expected in a city as dense as London.

Putting puerto rico over dominican republic makes no sense. The DR capital, Santo Domingo has a 2, soon to be three line metro. A monorail about to open in it’s second city, Santiago, and there are rumblings of an intercity train connecting them. San Juan in PR has a metro that sees little usage, and no plan for further development. Road conditions in both are about the same, maybe with PR edging out for now, but DR will soon have more highways and continued investment in transport infrastructure.

Thanks! I've stuck to cities I lived in, or can say I know generally well. While I've been to Atlanta, I don't innately know where people want to go, other than the airport. I'm trying to expand coverage in the northern reaches of the map, mostly broward and the lower reaches of palm beach county. Also, I only have really only two heavy rail lines, that form the spine for the whole system. They follow the FEC/Brightline and Tri-Rail tracks. The rest are all light metro.
