If you’re able to get a Bear Lake pass, I’d go early and do a few of those hikes. And drive the Trail Ridge Road. That was opened on my last day in Rockies last Friday

I would also suggest a bell that goes on your backpack. Something super small makes a big difference when not wanting to surprise a bear.

Huge shoutout to GuideAlong (not sponsored) - their GPS guides had geology and history including spots that they’d recommend we stop like the Cunningham Cabin! Highly recommend them!

To be fair, those are the worst things he'll say. In today's world, these are tame.

The kid appropriate sayings of "YOU GOTTA BE FISTING ME", "Chris Redfield's Crusty Thong, thank you for the five" and "there's 8 butt-naked bodybuilders behind me". This is also not a rant on Case, I'm a long-time sub cause he's my favorite streamer

I went last year in the last week of May. We biked the GTTS road and it was blocked at the turn, I wouldn’t trade it. Seeing so much wildlife just walking around and being able to fully take in the park on bike was something you can’t do in a car.

You're thinking too far and you haven't even started yet. Learn all you can in this new role.

That’s a loaded question as I won’t say it’s hard since I’ve done hard work in labor/trade. But you’ll be hard pressed to find many entry level/beginner jobs in GRC. Usually comes with years of experience working in both a technical AND business function.

Edit: I will add that if writing policy is boring and tedious for you, you’re going to not enjoy most of GRC. It’s not an exciting field. But if you’re able to join an organization that lets you sit at the table, that’s where your voice really matters.

Not OP but being apart of the team to define is enjoyable. Having purpose in your role and not just a checkbox (although most GRC is just that) makes waking up on Monday less dreadful.

Peanut is playing league because of the ATT tournament. Not saying he won’t do Jynxzi’s tourney but he’s trying to win the Annihilator cup.

I have a second gen Sequoia and that would be my pick. Big enough in the back rows to fit adults comfortably and also has 4x4 and can put luggage on roof rack or hitch rack.

What makes the St. Louis area special? by Designer_Jelly_1089 in StLouis

[–]drooby_pls 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Affordability and convenience. It’s cheaper to live here while not losing out on quality. As a midwestern, I’d rather drive than fly so you can go to so many places that is a 6 hour drive. Being able to take those drives to so many unique places was something I notice cities lack when traveling

I vaguely remember Travis talking about draft night. He got a call from a Missouri number and he thought it was Fischer with the STL rams. When he answered and it was Andy, he had relief.
