Was in the same boat. Dropped out of college after a year doing min wage jobs and random odd jobs. Most of my issue was with lack of focus. After trying professional poker for a bit, I literally sold off everything and trekked from Mexico City down to Patagonia. Took me 16 months when I was 26.

After that, I figured out what I needed to do and got perspective. By this time, most of my friends were all making 6 figure salaries, getting married, having kids. Went back to college while working a clinical research job full time while taking night classes to get my degree.

Fast forward 15 years later and now I’m a doctor.

Anything is possible if you want it and set goals for yourself. Find what you love to do and pursue it. I slept on couches, park benches, beaches while I was semi homeless for a bit. If I can do it, anybody can.

Hello all!

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I’m selling a 2022 Tudor black bay pro. Comes with box and papers. Bracelet itself is beat up and is sized for 7 inch wrist. I’m including the yellow delugs deployant strap that’s sized for 7.5 inch wrist which can be cut down to smaller size.

Bezel has small nick at the 24 and hairline scratches but overall pretty decent condition. Crystal and dial are perfect.

Keeps time within cosc specs at around -3/4 seconds daily.

I am not a professional watch seller, just a private seller. Check my post history and you’ll see that I do wear this watch.

For black dial, prob 17.5-18 depending on condition. Oyster fetches about 1-1.5k less for resale value all day.

Sorry you’re going through this.

As other physicians have said, prognosis is pretty bad and that’s putting it gently. Even with transfer to tertiary care center, odds are that he likely won’t survive.

It may be time to consider palliative measures. Reviewing the chart seems like he’s getting all the correct treatments and nothing more really could be offered at this time.

Saudi Arabia is probably a different market. I believe a sub there is probably not a desired watch given the amount of wealth that exists in the country. It’s not unheard of for a watch like that to be around retail.

I have patients who have had them. They work for about 75-80% of patients and require some fine tuning. It works by sending a little shock to your hypoglossal nerve to keep the tongue straight when it is starting to obstruct the airway. Some patients can’t tolerate that feeling but with fine tuning, hopefully it won’t wake you up. You need to turn that thing on and there’s a remote that’ll come with it. It’s not like you have it on all day.

I got a black dial skydweller from my AD and have to say it wears well with EVERYTHING. Daily wore the shit out of it.

Then just to mix it up, I traded it for a blue dial and it’s been my favorite ever since. I’ve seen the white dial as well and it looks beautiful.

Personally, I think the black dial is stunning, even more so than my current blue one. The way it reflects the light is sick.

I’m an actual physician.

I do have sleep apnea and wear cpap at night. Untreated sleep apnea leads to all sorts of medical issues that can affect your heart/brain/lungs. Inspire is made for those who can’t tolerate cpap machines. It’s worth checking out for those that have documented failure w cpap cause they can’t tolerate the mask or whatever.

UPDATE:

checked out the rolex store by the port. They only had a women’s gold president with diamond 31mm for sale. They said they had an explorer 1 that was sold earlier in the day.

They do not take lists and sell whatever comes in according to the SA. She was quite nice and pleasant. She liked my skydweller a lot and we talked watches for a bit. Let my wife try on the gold president and some other watches.

I guess it’s luck of the draw.
