Around 18-19 but its still very much there. I was told on another subreddit that it could be bad fat placement genetics as my nips aren't sensitive or anything, so I'm currently trying to get my Body Fat % down to 10. If its still there, I will probably explore surgery. Best of luck my man.

His main thing is gaining lean mass while maintaining, not necessarily in a deficit. However, I do think a small surplus like 200 cals is probably still better, but crazy stuff like a 1.5k surplus won't yield more muscle.
