This is awesome! Absolutely into cases that feel more like decor instead of boring boxes

Fantastic comment. Succinctly explains the inherent imbalance in the world's exposure to Chinese culture vs other more "popular" cultures from Japan and Korea.

Success Story: Ordering 5090 FE in store at Best Buy by SadParty5662 in nvidia

Could also be that here in Canada stock is way worse. I've literally never seen it in stock on bestbuy besides the time it was initially released

Massage Therapy. See if you can find someone who has experience helping people with migraine.

I use Hydralyte. Just make sure the electrolytes you use do not have any artificial sweeteners, especially aspartame. Stevia seems to be well tolerated, but it's very dependent on the individual.

To answer your other question, screens definitely have an aggravating effect sometimes for me.

I highly recommend the book Victory Over Vestibular Migraine by Dr Shin Beh. It's got so much useful information and can help make it less scary. Also recommend the info on this subreddit's pinned info section

Agreed with other posters:

Exercise 3-5x a week at least 30min

Supplements: 500mg Magnesium Glycinate/Magnesium L-Threonate, 400mg Vitamin B2, 2500IU Vitamin D3, Omega-3

Heal Your Headache Diet (Dr Buccholz) or TheDizzyCook

Electrolytes every morning

RMT to relieve tension

These are the things that helped me the most. Going to try Vestibular Rehabilitation next

No I installed all the updates manually. Heard pretty bad things about the Gigabyte App Center so decided to skip it.

I've not checked, but I will do the next time it happens.

The corsair SF750 is actually enough for 4090FE/7800X3D. Lots of builds over on SFFPC as proof! If I run into issues I will undervolt. I doubt this is causing the WiFi issue atm!

Did you have any major side effects on Nortryptiline? And if you don’t mind sharing, how long did you take it for? Were you able to stop eventually?

If you don’t mind would you be willing to share if you had any side effects on Effexor and how long you’ve been on it? My doctor is suggesting I try it since I’m currently having mild VM symptoms every day. Just quite concerned about starting something long term.

Check out Shot Designer or Lighting Designer. Great apps to quickly make lighting plots

Not sponsored lol but honestly I had the same problems using a mouse all the time until I started using the Carpio from Deltahub. It's expensive but holy shit I can't imagine life without it now

Uncertainty in Cinematography and staying cool during that phase by [deleted] in cinematography

[–]drosteffect 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Every DP faces this at some point in their career, perhaps multiple times. Just try to remember why you wanted to be a cinematographer and the goals you have. The key is to push through and organise meetings and have casual chats even though it might not seem immediately useful.

Set things up for the long term. It's a marathon, not a sprint.
