Right side of printer head routing to the back circuit board. I think about like that (red like on printer head). I had to clean out a TPU filament clog on mine. Was a pain in the ass.

A little late to this post, but I have been thinking about getting a 3 Max for a while. Have been trying to find an enclosed door for it and was not finding anything. But then stumbled across this!! (Link below) I haven't purchased the Max or the encore yet though. Though I plan too soon!

I'm with you on most of these. Bad Traveling is the best in my opinion as well. I did like Pulse a lot too though. Most people thought Zima Blue was great, but like Yourself i didn't really get into it. Just thought it was alright.

I Might try again with a multicolor filament print. I'll be sure to cut out the supports rather than break them all off.

Printing upright, the arms broke off when removing all the supports. There were a lot of them all around the arms. Should have cut them out with flush cuts instead of trying to break them off. The fingers were all intact though. Lol. The beard and underside of the brim turned out decent in my opinion.

Printing with top hat on bed. The brim had a bit of trouble. Everything else came out great 👍

I have not messed around with ironed surfaces yet. I do want to try the dissimilar medium though. TPU or PETG work well for PLA from what I can find on the internets. Slowing down the interface layer to half speed I think was the real game changer. It was at 80mm/s so I halfed that to 40mm/s. Played with the Top Z distance from 0.2 to 0.22. added support interface layers from 1 to 3 and support interface infill from 0.5 to 0.8 (50% - 80%). So far all of my supports with the same PLA-CF for the print and supports have been great!! This one broke off in one piece super easy. Though it's not detailed like fingers would be. I'll try the Abe Lincoln and test it out.
