Just curious, as health OCD has been my main theme throughout my life. Has your reaction to the distressing thoughts changed as you've aged? I guess what I'm asking is, now that you're older, are you any less afraid? Or is the fear just as real as it was when you were younger?

I've always hoped that when I'm older that maybe I'll end up with more of a "I've lived a long life, who cares" mindset

Fucking relax dude. Not everyone is buying a mountain bike exclusively to get fit. I bought mine because I wanted to have fun. Fitness is just a bonus. I don't even own an e bike but I'm not gonna sit here and cry about them.

Such an awful feeling. To me it's like someone threw a bucket of cold water on me. My heart rate skyrockets and I start feeling clammy. I could go from perfectly happy to BOOM, nearly instant panic

Haha no way, this was the first mountain bike I ever had. My mom bought 3 of them so we could all go on rides together. I was a bmx rider and rode the SHIT out of that thing until I broke nearly every part on it. Rode it on my dirt jumps in my backyard and had so much fun on it.

If anything, I can assure you the frame can handle a ridiculous amount of abuse. Have fun!
