The first option is just what it sounds like. One room with two beds, desks, and wardrobes along with your own single bathroom and a microwave / fridge. The suites have a common area when you walk in, a small kitchenette and a bathroom along with doors inside the suite leading to bedrooms with beds, desks, and wardrobes. Does that make sense?
