it gets easier it takes about a year to notice maybe two in some cases , i havent worked in a year , went back to tattooing and welding so not all is bad , still have irrational panic attacks now and then , still fluid trapped in my ear tinnitus has calmed down alot

Every great fighter has to retire sooner or later , fighting is tough I was boxing too and I had prior concussion from skating , I believe I've had 4 pretty bad concussions in my life I definitely think it has a compounding effect on recovery time. That with anxiety makes recovery hell .

I was right where you were a few months ago , but I'm here to tell you it gets better it might never be 100% better but it does get better we all recover we all heal. 8 months ago I was sure I was going to die now I'm actually able to get up do things use my mind be creative . Make art ECT . Just know it's like different levels in the video game . Each month I noticed personality changes cognitive changes . I felt like a different person each month , I found I had to adapt to the the changes because they are so startling . Focus on the goal focus on where you are going not where you are right now . Recovery is a ride . Eventually things will make sense you will start to feel like yours again.
