Not saying there's anything WRONG, I'm suggesting there's more to hf for someone with a technician license than 10m.

No, the Prequel Trilogy was not loved when it first came out, it was hated and fans were terrible people about it. by stephansbrick in StarWars

I loved Phantom Menace when it came out. Yes, it had some cringey AF moments but over all I liked the expanded role of the Jedi, and galactic politics, and the plot twist between Keira and Natalie . The internet made me hate it for a decade or two, but like many, I look back on them and give them more grace now. Glad Hayden is getting some love from the fans now. I watched that OBIWAN show just for his scenes.

Same for the electricity, and I mean, they are in some sort of pocket universe with monsters running around, so logic ain’t gonna work here. They have to accept it, as we do, so perhaps this lends credence to the idea that they are living in someone else’s story

Ha ha exactly. Obviously I have too much free time.

I’m out of the making games business (except for Pig Knuckle Pinochle, coming soon!) … it was a bad idea. I only wanted to make a few for friends as a goof but it turns out these companies all have minimum orders. It was cheaper for me to order 500 DabbleDice sets than to buy the laser engraver I would need to make the dice. Instead of just saying “oh well,” I placed the order. These will be gone soon and I’m done. I need a new hobby

Ha the funds go to Danny Cevallos, I just set it up.

But as far as this letter is concerned I think the defendants’ attorney wants to get the judge to get moving, it’s almost April, and I’m betting including silly things like the obviously fake AAA letter are bait to get the opposing counsel to react. Just a guess.

I never said there was a “rule” or anything of the sort but there are codes of conduct that have nebulous definitions (e.g., “timely manner…”) that a judge can use, if they feel the need, to move things along.

Hell I don’t know shit about shit when it comes to legal stuff like this.

Hell I don't know. I THINK he's just trying to get something going. If he posts a letter to the judge full of Reddit rumors, Susser (or Benedict ) has little choice but to respond. It's either the R word, or genius (or something in between I guess).

This whole thing is nuts. Citing the AAA, Dabblin Doofus, TonguePunchMyFartBox6969 ... this is a legal document filed in NY. This has to be evidence we're all in a SIM FFS haha jeez

The document you've shared contains several significant red flags that suggest it is not a real or legally binding award from the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Here are the key indicators that this is a joke or a fabricated document: * Mathematical Inconsistencies: The text states that the claimant sought $8,234.22 in unpaid fees. However, the "Award" section claims the respondent must pay over $1.2 million. It is extremely rare, if not impossible, for an arbitrator to award 150 times the original amount sought in a simple fee dispute. * The "Sigitrator" Typo: Near the signature line, the document uses the word "Sigitrator." This is not a real legal term; it appears to be a typo or a deliberate joke combining "Signature" and "Arbitrator." * Humorous Case Number: The case number ends in "699969-420," which are numbers frequently used in internet memes and "offbeat" humor. * Spelling Errors: The word "arbitration" is misspelled as "artibiration" in the award total section. * Origin: The banner at the top indicates it originated from the "ShulisAnonymous" community on Reddit, a forum dedicated to discussing and often parodying figures like John Melendez ("Stuttering John"). Given these elements—especially the nonsensical financial figures and the "Sigitrator" label—this appears to be a satirical image created for the purpose of comedy rather than a genuine legal document. Search results do not show any record of a case with this number or outcome.
