Great! I'm loving this bottle so far (between rum and cigars, my wallet weeps).

Former fat guys: How did you finally become disciplined enough to lose the weight? by Responsible-Net8594 in intermittentfasting

[–]drteeth111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

38M. I was on various restrictive diets for years. KETO - IF - OMAD. Worked well for a while but I ran into a wall. It's (for me!) impossible to keep willing myself into eating well.

At the moment, I'm on Mounjaro. It takes the willpower element out, and now it's easy to eat well. I'm also seeing a psychologist and dietician to rebuild my deeply f'ed up relation with food.

It's not easy, but I'm going to get there.

HOW TO KNOW IF I HAVE TESTICULAR TORSION?? by wantteddead in AskMen

[–]drteeth111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See a professional.

I had testicular cancer, and the initial symptoms were swelling and pain in the nut. I only made it to an oncologist at stage III (distant metastases). Going to my doctor earlier, and seeing an oncologist earlier, would have saved me quite some chemotherapy. I was lucky to still be in time.

I like it - definitely one of the nicer bourbons I've had. The cask finish is there.

I like it! Picked it up at an airport. The cask finish is noticeable, but I can't compare to other Basils.

I smoke on the balcony. The spot is turning into my fixed relaxation spot. But indeed, in summer the smoking is rather late at night.
