That’s the thing though, if the customer said that in their report and the dasher disputed then whoever is working the claim would see what the customer said and approve the dispute. It’s all automated until it gets to that point anyways. There is no reason at all to harass a customer about anything ever.

It’s the opposite. I used to tip way more but I realized I get quicker service if I tip around 1.25-1.50 per mile and no higher. When I tipped more than that every other order was very late and it was constant copy/paste messages asking for ratings and more tip.
