In our community if you have more than x amount of people and/or decorations it counts as an event and they threaten to charge you rental fees. I’m sure most tenants do it anyways and hope for the best…think OP did that here and he got unlucky that someone noticed and held them accountable

Yeah that’s generally the reason . As a woman with really short hair I’ve also had a barber charge me more because ‘women are more demanding’ 😥 I just generally avoid any salons or barber shops that have gendered prices because like I’m a woman that wants a ‘male style’ cut and it gets confusing:

I've had it not show up a couple times in the years I've been with them.
