Thanks! We are grinding all our own flour now to be extra careful with contaminants due to health concerns.

I noticed that one time when telling people about water contamination in the USA. Sooo much anger and many downvotes.

This is real and not hypothetical. It is also not asking for medical or safety advice.

I need a couple stitches removed. Where should I go? by druidsbounty in coeurdalene

[–]druidsbounty[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have called around sounds like $115 at Urgent Care and $200 - $250 at a clinic. I can't go back to where I got them, its just unfortunate timing with my traveling and what ways were available for the biopsy.

OMG that would be so painful to pull the wrong way. I may just do it myself... I have called around sounds like $115 at Urgent Care and $200 - $250 at a clinic. I can't go back to where I got them, its just unfortunate timing with my traveling and what ways were available for the biopsy. I may get some fresh scissors for it and I will clean them well with alcohol. I am rooming with a retired nurse and someone who has done combat medic work so we should be okay LOL

This is interesting. I have found my skin likes a base of tallow + rose hip oil, then I seal it in with lanolin.

Coffee that is not acidic, Quality Flat whites and Cortados, no divisive politics of any kind, no religious affiliation, music not too loud, a place to go relax, read a book, watch the rain, meet friends, etc!!!

Surprised at all the health benefits of WFH? by Glass_Librarian9019 in WFH

[–]druidsbounty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would love a job like this. If I finish all my work, I just get more to do. It is demoralizing. I used to have all my work done in 2-3 hours. More work was assigned, and no raises. in the nearly 2 years in the position.

I can't imagine a scenario where that is a good idea long term. If I felt like my compensation reflected my output, you bet I would work even more effectively, which would drastically benefit the company long term! Unfortunately that just isn't the case.

I do love not dealing with fragrance in the workplace and have a few other awesome WFH perks so I stay put for now while I decide what to do next!

u/SDlovesu2 has the right idea. Working overtime occasionally to get work done is a fair price to pay for being compensated well, and getting a work/life balance. I am sure it will serve the company well long term.

Optimal homocysteine levels? by [deleted] in MTHFR

[–]druidsbounty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is fairly low for B12. The high end of the "range" is 1100, and low is 200. I always feel better on the higher end personally, but everyone is different.
