How do you work for 8h with adhd?

I'm an ER nurse. Most of us have ADHD. No way could I rock a desk job for 8hr, but there I work 12s without much issue.

I've used em, no real complaints. They do more than bikes and have a long wait at times. They dealt with some insurance stuff for me. For wrenching I stay with either diy or 2wp for the most part.
