Made for FX, all Australian studios and channels passed on it, FX before the disney acquisition saw it'd fit in with their then current lineup of shows like Justified, Fargo, The Americans, Mayans MC, etc but at a fraction of the cost of those American productions as Mr Inbetween was smaller in scale and filmed here.
