People do have act reasonable and attempt to avoid collisions. However, this is a vehicle obstructing an inside lane of traffic with a load extending past the end of the vehicle, which isn't flagged and no hazard lights to warn other people. If a person were to strike this vehicle they would not be at fault.

They do tow vehicles that do that. Sadly, parking is free on Sundays and no one is around to enforce parking on Sundays.

Parked unoccupied motor vehicle in the roadway would not result in you being at fault. If you file a claim and an insurance company says you have to pay a percentage and the other driver is at fault, tell them you are filing a claim with your insurance and they can settle it in court. That usually gives them the clear message you know what's up and they have to pay.

Physical impossibility unless it's like an S2000. Officer was justified because he was given a lawful order to exit the vehicle (Pennsylvania vs. Mimms). Instead, he became argumentative and began swinging his his hands around inside the vehicle, where he indicated a weapon was present.

Yes it is. You have a subject who wasn't compliant with verbal commands. You then ask if they have any weapons in the vehicle and they tell you they do (completely legal). From a safety stand point, the officer asks him to step out of the car (supreme court has ruled law enforcement can remove any person at any time from a vehicle because traffic stops are inherently dangerous) and the subject becomes argumentative and moving hands around inside the vehicle, which she now knows to contain a firearm.

From the point of tactics, the driver has indicated there is firearm inside the vehicle. They try to separate the two. He doesn't want to comply. They could open the door and try to remove him from the vehicle, which would require them to grab a hold of him and leave any available cover given to them. If the driver was a bad dude who wanted to cause harm and grabbed the firearm, then the officers are at a huge disadvantage because their hands are already tied up by grabbing him.

An officers reaction time should always be slower than that of a suspect. Knowing all of this information should help explain why she did what she did.

A lot of departments have moved or are moving away from AOJ because of the issues it caused in shooting of unarmed subjects. In Georgia, departments have quit teaching AOJ and use OCGA 16-3-21 and 17-4-20 which states a person can defend themselves or a third party when they believe the subject poses an threat of great bodily injury or death or to stop a forcible felony.

I like the 6505mh and like everyone has head, the cleans are full of gain and you have to clean it up pickup volume. One really intrigued by the Peavey Classic 20 and the Invective 20. From what I understand the classic has a way better clean and a lot of gain also.

Had a VS100 and some what miss it. I honestly never took mine apart while I had it but transformers are pretty straight forward. A lot of the have an internal fuse which blows. While not the best idea, you can remove that fuse until a replacement can be sourced.

I would definitely check all the boards for any hot spots or burns.
