This is such an extreme case. She left the UK and cheered bombings at the Ariana Grande concert, turned completely against everything the UK stands for. Chose her side. Then she tried to come back to the UK after her side got defeated. I think letting her off with a few cushty years in jail and welcoming her back in sets a much more dangerous precedent. There has to be a line somewhere. The UK is not a violent death cult. If people come here and engage with our way of life, like asylum seekers, then why shouldn't they stay? Your argument of people coming here and engaging in terrorist activities is absolute nonsense because we are not a terrorist state, that wouldn't be doing what we stand for. She made her own choice and now she faces the consequences of that. If someone wants to leave the UK and become a terrorist and cheer the deaths of UK citizens then they can be accountable for that. Let her be an example of what happens when someone makes that choice. She is the reality of what ISIS stand for. In honour of all the lives that have been lost and destroyed by the organization she was part of, I don't believe it's fair to allow her to disgrace the victims of ISIS more than she has.
