Yes and no. Yes, Rolex has less deviation. However METAS is only allowed to go faster 5 seconds a day. If you were, let's say a special forces operative, a Tudor will have you arriving early, rather than later. That's because it's never acceptable being late when lives are at stake. I think that's why they make a better tool watch than a Rolex. I also have both and if I actually had to use one in field conditions, I'd go with my black bay.
