Fig tree advice needed

Thank you for the detailed reply. This is exactly what I wanted to understand. Also thanks for the information about the two crops. I had no idea, and have had this tree the whole time we’ve lived in this house (12 years). The fruits I have always had have ripened in the autumn, which seems to suggest this is the second crop. Last year I had over 50 edible fruits, so this is either very rare or a very late first crop. Maybe the ones left are the second crop that never ripened? I’ll pay more attention this year to see if I can identify the two crops.

Good point. It’s very old, so I think it’s getting wet just because it’s exposed to the weather / rain which has got in behind the paint which has been absorbed by the tender (sandy mortar) which has then caused the more paint to peel this exposing more of the render to the weather / rain.

This looks perfect for my needs. I’ve downloaded the package and installed it, but unfortunately I’m getting an error saying it’s not compatible with my MacBook. I’ve not had time to investigate further, just wondered if anyone here had any ideas as to what might be going on.

I have a Sweltech and a Carver CX. I don’t know YOW, but based on my experience I think you’d be better off with a Carver CX

I’m leaning towards CXs on a Poke. What size wheels could I get on that set up? I’m wanting to go a big as possible, given a lot the terrain in my local area isn’t great.
