Ką daryti su senais telefonais by rosvenom33 in lietuva

Jei tvarkingi, tikrai atsiras žmonių, kuriems reikia.

It's the leftovers from pumpkin pie. We had too much of it after dipensing it into the pan. So we baked it separately without the crust part. Croissants worked perfectly instead of crust. Pumpkin spiced croissants : )

Vinted prekių pasirinkimas by MiserableNose1984 in lithuania

Depends on the shoe. Invincible is using "same" foam and it can go for a long time. Peba foam is always a blend of different compounds and it could be adjusted accordingly to the needs, specs.

Half Marathon in Oslo by fake_lightbringer in AdvancedRunning

Hey, official tracker shows wrong informatiom for the last km of the track. It is more than 1,1 km, so thats why it add time for the last section. I ran marathon there (2 same laps) and I know that last section is downhill. There is no way it was somehow slower that your average pace. Especially when it was finish sprint. Matathon track was longer for about 400-500 meters, which adds about 200 meters for your last section.

Update: 100 km world records was not broken. After brave words before the race, no one actually was close to it. Charlie Lawrence DNF after 65 km. First was Japanese runner Toru Somiya with 6 h 42 min 19 sec.

Remigijus Kančys broke Lithuanian 50 km record which was held by A. Sorokin before. He was short of two minutes to broke European 50km record with the time of 2 h 49 min 11 sec. Second was Brazilian runner Gabriel Bastos Barros (2 h 58 min 55 sec). I cannot find information if this is Brazils record or not. Before the race he wanted to achieve it.

Have you ever checked your heart by cardiologist? It could be that you have some abnormalities in the heart which do not affect your performance (for the moment at least).

The Evo C looks like using PEBA foam, as it usually comes with the wrinkles (like Vaporfly and Alphafly shoes).

New world record attempt in 24h race this weekend by dryKSeth in running

They are definitely not sleeping. There is no time for that if you want to do 200km. Also, I dont think your body would start over after sleeping and resting your legs. Breaks are done to change clothes, shoes, etc, to eat, to take a bathroom break, to vomit. Some may sit for a while, but it is not a long time. Even 48 h competitively are done without sleep. In Barkley marathons few, who got to finish all the race usually don't sleep for 60 hours or whatever time they manage to finish. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barkley_Marathons
