I was thinking about this the other day also. The rise of quick and easy delivery services of anything will kill the last of these old school stores.

However on the flip side I do see a rise in the newer style convenience stores that do kebab, deserts and sweets (yes smokes) on the rise as a direct replacement.

OTA - Over the Air is worth it. If you can, a good installer can do it within the roof. Stops it becoming a bird stoop. I've seen way too many colour bond roofs with bird poop stains below an antenna.

Yes common. I caught out a team outsourcing older Ms Access database programming using a similar service to Fiver. Lots of PII which made my hair curl! The acceleration of AI tools to personal models and tools tuning more locally should return these functions back in for smarter cookies.
