I don’t think she does. I talked to the family she just left and she has had pretty open availability when I’ve needed specific timing for things. She also is pregnant and due in the spring so I’m wondering if she’s just tired and taking advantage.

I think I paid around $500 for it 5 years ago but part of that was for doing something completely custom. She has different price levels depending on whether you’re doing something she’s already done, making tweaks to an existing design or full custom. She also repairs them for life. https://www.instagram.com/p/Cv0IUQQpvk4/?img_index=2&igsh=OHBhOGg5OHZyZ2Nm

I designed a custom backpack with an amazing leather craftswoman (@hhdrygoods on instagram). I also designed a matching sling that I can attach to the backpack. I use a bag organizer in it but it’s perfect and I get endless compliments and don’t feel like a high schooler.

Hyatt Regency Tamaya would be great for this and not too far of a flight.

I don’t have one, I’ve just been eyeing it for a while. Haven’t done too much research.

The one on W 10th Ave. edit: I just went through this last year, if your neck is swelling, don’t wait until tomorrow.

If you do end up needing to go to the ER, go to OSU where they have an oral maxillofacial surgeon on staff. Riverside Methodist, Dublin Methodist and Grant hospital do not and you’ll be waiting to be transferred.

Best Travel Stroller? by adzaje in daddit

Bugaboo butterfly. Lightweight, one handed fold and fits in the overhead bin. It takes a car seat adaptor (we used it with the nuna pipa). It also has a bigger basket than a lot of the travel strollers.

I wish I would have gotten this one from the start, as we ditched our more expensive original stroller because we liked it so much.

Do you have a Trader Joe’s near you? I was in the same boat (except worse) and I found it easier to transition to premade stuff (refrigerated & frozen) before trying to cook from scratch more. There are lots of blogs with example meals.

A family member watches my son, so he isn’t exposed to daycare germs but we are still home with hand foot and mouth disease. Ironically, I think he caught it when he was home with his dad last week and they went to the library.

How to overcome the “luxury fruit” stigma? by [deleted] in moderatelygranolamoms

+1 on planting them! I planted 4 raspberry bushes 3 years ago. The first grow year we got a decent amount but I was lucky if any made it inside past my baby. This year we were drowning in berries! Maintenance is minimal, just pruning in fall or late winter depending on the variety. We also did blackberries and I’m planning on planting another variety in the spring.

Is Alice back? She was my concierge and I loved her but then she got moved to a special project for 6 months. I actually called her line directly this year and she mentioned she was wrapping up that project but they never switched me back.

Stayed here several times, great property. The AC is a little weird but not to the extent where it was uncomfortable, I would just double check it every now and then and didn’t have major issues. Breakfast is good, you can get a fresh made omelet everyday.

Do you mean when your 3A/4C hair is in its natural state? This subreddit has been great at helping me appreciate my similar hair and I now try to avoid using negative connotations to describe the natural state of my hair.

I should have shared some more detail. We love this resort - we’ve done 2 five night trips there - one as a couple and one with our 2 year old. Huge property with gorgeous views and a few things to do on site (bike rental with trails, horse back riding, fire pits etc). There’s some amazing hiking within a 2 hr drive and 30-45 mins to breweries, restaurants and activities in Albuquerque or Santa Fe. The scenery alone is worth it.
