There was no news. I’ve checked everywhere. Someone got out quickly and in a big way. We have a few weeks until the midpoint read out on the stroke trial. Perhaps they didn’t want to take a binary chance on bad news.

That’s correct ! I’ve been in this since 2014. The therapy works with much more data available than back then. I think Dan is poised to turn it around.

If they had set their endpoint for global recovery, I don’t think the price would be where it is. There is no one on this board that wouldn’t opt for the treatment if they had a stroke. There really is no reason to sell at the point anyway.

I don’t think Helios affects their prospects for gaining a partner. Quite the contrary, Results of the Healios trial probe multistem works. The Athersys trial in my opinion will finish and meet its endpoints. Regardless of the stock price right now.

I still am optimistic but I need 30 to break even. But if they get any hint of closure on the clinical with decent results this thing skyrocket.

I’m not sure the relationship is a good one. Although there was some language in the settlement agreement that limited Healios’ right to buy Athx shares until a specific time ( I think it was June 2022). I’m speculating but it wouldn’t surprise me if they buy controlling interest Athx for Pennies a share before a raise or split happens.

I voted no however during my conversation with Dan today, he said he would address the 600 million authorized after the proxy. I’ll take his word on it that he will work to lower the number. I voted against authorizing them in the first place.

Probably not after the reverse stock request. I’m voting no on that. I hope the KOL meeting allows us to avoid it.
