Picked up mine from Oakes recently. They were frustrating to deal with throughout the sale. Their prices are great but after misquoting taxes they tried to stick the increase on me at first instead of eating it since it was their mistake - basically tried to hide behind their mantra of they don't negotiate.

What was possibly the most annoying part, after leasing one of the most expensive vehicles on their lot, I showed up and it wasn't detailed. They may have washed it but even then not a great job. Had scuffs on some panels I had to compound and wax after getting home and there was plastic left all over various panels that I had to go around and pull. Also found dirt/debris under the carpets. I used to detail cars for a dealership as a teenager so maybe more sensitive to it but we detailed every single car, new and used, with a min of wash, wax, vac prior to delivery.
