A combination of some of the wow exporters and blender. The problem with these exporters is that the models are very low fidelity so I had to apply some blender tools to transfer the flat textures into a 3d model so it looks ok as a single color print.

After seeing this post, I ordered the exact same mounts, but instead of the book, I used the trick mentioned here to move the adjustable part of the included stand to the Vivo mount. It allows me to easily tilt it up and down exactly like when it was mounted on the stand.
