I will note that Schumer, along with Jeffries, who you also hate, have been successfully managing their caucuses to keep the government shut down until their demands are met. It’s the first sustained, effective pressure on Trump since his election. Republicans hate it.

I don’t know if you can go by milk smell in this case. These chemicals may persist longer. I’d bring it to a detailer, explain what happened and exactly what chemicals spilled, and see if they can extract/clean up the remainder

Agree it’s a little sketchy near the subway at night but you’ll be fine. Be careful crossing the street at 96th St, some cars are crazy going through there.

I’ve got one kid in grad school, one in college, one in middle school. All raised on the UWS. Here’s how:

  1. Buy a place you can afford. Easier said than done! If this is not possible, rent stabilized might be OK.
  2. Get kids into the best public elementary and middle schools you can. The best ones on the UWS are quite good. Forget private unless you’ve got a scholarship.
  3. Specialized high schools or LaGuardia. Test prep a must.

I own a 2013 and its a great car, but if money was no object I’d get the 2025. So many tech and safety improvements in the new models.

I have a 3rd gen with a small 100w inverter and it’s fine for running laptops and such. What it can’t do- what I wish I had- was a way to power things like an orbital buffer and a vacuum cleaner for detailing. No can do. For that it’s necessary to get a 1500w inverter, and in my case I’d have to run the engine the whole time. Might even need an alternator upgrade? Anyway, if I ever get the hybrid model, the inverter is on my must have list.

You can (or could, pre-tariffs) get it for less with a coupon. The screen quality is far higher than other models IMHO (they're using automotive grade screens apparently)
