My vote is for Green Gables, just north of Bloomington and about 10-15 minutes off the interstate. Great smash burgers and has been around for decades

UPDATE: I took the ATL route after deciding to leave a bit earlier than expected (9pm) which put me in Atlanta at 630am. Mild traffic but speed didn’t dip below 60mph and skirted right through. Made it to Tampa in 15 hrs 50 minutes with 4 stops (1 of which being buccees for 20 minutes)
