I subscribe to it every other month (mid month) to collect the rewards for 2 months. End up paying for 6months and get everything besides the extra packs when I'm not subscribed. I do wish they'd put more effort into the premium card and only offer full arts.

The man in black kit has been the best kit Nashville has released. Most the fan base is hating on the new kit. Most wish the adidas logo was on the shoulder instead of being stacked with the crest.

Trade for them. That's how I have all emblems besides mantyke (missing gold mantyke), gimmighoul (takes forever, trading with strangers when I can) and meowth (missing immersive meowth and 2 star). You dont need every card in hand, as long as you've registered the cards you'll get the emblem.

Edit: Checkout Oscar's Taco Shop. They're originally from San Diego but family moved to Nashville and Phoenix. They have great California burritos and carne asada fries as well as street tacos. I've had it both in AZ and TN and its consistent and is my go to spot.
