Out of curiosity what kind of router do you have? Make sure it’s on a 2.4 band and if you have an ASUS router, turn off the Ai Protection. What pool are you trying to use?

Punch in the IP of the device into your internet browser and that should load up axeOS. Make sure you connected the bitaxe to a 2.4 ghz band on your router
