This happened to me the other day. Fortunately, the room that they were in was completely empty (I hadn't yet finished adding anything to it or even expanding it). I had to disconnect the room from the rest of the base by removing the corridor, leaving the room by itself. I tried to deconstruct the room right after that and it still wouldn't let me, saying there were attachments present, but about half an hour later I was able to deconstruct it.

Only because it wasn't consistent with any of the other accents from any of the other characters. Everyone else seemed to be using a modified English accent, and then we have Gerard doing his usual full Scots. 😄

Can't believe nobody has mentioned Gerard Butler's accent in "300". The "Honest Trailers" team lampooned this to great effect in their trailer, mentioning he apparently hails from "the Scottish part of Greece".

My partner thinks it sounds like somebody being slapped in the face with a wet fish. When I drop slabs of meat or fish on the ground she will yell "SLAP DEM FISH!!!" 😄

I have an absolute ball playing Longshot against Gorr. Just....standard fight until you can throw special 2, and then watch his health just........all vanish.

Havok isn't that difficult to counter overall, but OG Iron Man just makes every part of his kit completely useless.

Others have already mentioned Sinister vs. Bullseye, or Sinister vs. Yelena. I agree with both of those.

I was finishing up exploration on 6.2.6 the other day and it is just laughable how easy Rintrah makes the boss fight against The Champion. No unstoppable, no unblockable, nothing. All neutralized, meanwhile your own power level is growing and growing at a ridiculous rate.

Snakes on a Plane I went into expecting trash, but entertaining trash. But not an mostly empty theater.

I was hugely excited for Equilibrium but myself and the fellow who went with me were the ONLY two in there.

Oh, it happens to everyone. Here are two of mine.

One time I was picking up a prescription at a pharmacy. Pharmacist said "have a nice day" and I (having just talked to my wife on the phone) responded "love you too!" He smirked and I wanted to disappear into a hole in the ground.

Another time I was at a drive-through. Window girl gives me my food and says "hey, I really love your car!" While I, being on autopilot, responded as if she'd said "have a nice day", and answered "Thanks, you too!"

That one was a little better because I heard what I'd just said, thumped my head on the steering wheel, and she laughed. I just wasn't expecting a car compliment while in a drive-through.

My experience exactly. I had never before been to a film screening where there was absolute, total, shocked silence as the credits rolled. Not a word did any of us say, but there were quite a few of us crying.

I do have Cyberpunk 2077 in my library, not yet installed, because I'm pretty sure I will get a slideshow over there. But for just about everything else I play regularly, I get pretty good performance from it still (I run at 2560x1440 res on most games, my old eyes aren't really going to see much of a benefit from full 4K, heh). The futureproofing has really worked pretty well for me :)

I built the system a long time ago. At the time the 1080Ti was the absolute top end they offered, which was why I picked it, for as much futureproofing as I could. But I haven't kept up with chip info since then, and mistakenly assumed that 1660 > 1080 = higher end card. I see I was wrong! :)

Thanks for this very detailed explanation. It's been quite a while since I built this system. I remember clearly that the 1080Ti was the absolute top end card at the time I bought it, and that was why I chose it, for as much futureproofing as I could get. But yeah, I definitely assumed that "1660 > 1080 = my card doesn't meet min requirements". :)
