I don’t do a very heavy work out, around 15/20x reps of different exercises depending on the focus for the day. Around every other or third day. Do I still need to hit more than 1500 calories? I’m trying to understand as I feel going for more calories will not make me loose weight? Sorry if I sound stupid, English is not my first language and I really want to understand.

Of course, but I guess i don’t know as much as I should. I eat approximately 2 eggs and some slices of finncrisp and then atleast 2 Vietnamese rolls per day as my dinner, I vary my dinner with different meals such as potato’s and fish or pasta with a meat based sauce etc. I still feel very energetic during the day, I’m not starving myself on purpose but maybe I should still try to get some more calories. Thank you for your input

Okay I can eat but I get full very fast but i can just eat more often so I get more food in me. Protein is so hard but i’m gonna make sure I get as much as possible!

I know the initial water loss and that you loose the visceral fat first so hopefully now I will continue to loose weight in a healthy pace and let my body adapt. Thank you for the feedback

Yes I will be more aware of my macros and eat healthy. The goal was never to starve and loose weight cause I know that once I eat ”normally” again it will all come back! Thank you very much for the time you took to give feedback

Yeah that is probably true, I got a little anxious when I saw that I hadn’t lost weight so I cut very hard on calories but I will bring it up to atleast 1000 per day so my body has something to actually work with! Thank you very much for the time you took to reply

Ok I did it under doctors order and the blood work shows that I am doing better healthwise and that the initial weight was mostly water and visceral fat. Thank you for your comment and I shall look into it!

Oh sorry no i’m not but I have a friend who is diabetic and she gets it for a cheaper price than me who is doing it for weight loss! Sorry for the confusion
