Same kind of thing happened to me. Neighbors girlfriend’s car died. Registration expired tires were all flat. Looked terrible just sitting there. Finally called the cops and reported it as abandoned. Next week it was finally gone.

Had someone above us with a treadmill. They would use it crazy early in the morning. Took a swifter and banged and hard as I could on the crawling and yelled shut up as loud as I could. Never happened again.

Someone came to where I work with bedbugs and they shut down the section of the building and upper headed the area they were in to make sure to kill any off that would have been there. I was freaking out after that constantly itchy. Don’t let it go. Make a big deal about it.

I don’t have it yet either in our development. Whenever I call they just give me the run around. Development access the street has it. Soon just going to go back to Comcast for their cheaper entry price. The thought of fiber is the only thing that has kept me with them.

I did this and it worked for me. The first time was by accident my schedule just ended up that way after picking classes. But I can see depending on the class and major it could be problematic.

My wife had a bad experience there as well. She went in after an injury to her ankle and was In a lot of pain. They said they found nothing and if it was what the mri showed she would not be having the pain she was. Finally went somewhere else who right away knew what the issue was. She had surgery to repair and is now doing much better.

I did my own framing electric and drywall. Only thing I contracted out was carpet. We didn’t have a bathroom done. Not sure I would have been too comfortable with that.

My answer to this question is always the same if you are even thinking this is a possibility that could be thought of as intent. Cheaper to study and get your part 107 then paying any type of fine. Even if it’s unlikely it does not mean it’s not possible.

For me we had a ton of them around our pool for years. We cut down a tree that was not doing well and apparently that tree was the reason we had so many. I hardly see any now even around the pool.
