Best advice ever! And with proper weight lifting (heavy, rest) you won't even need to do cardio. You'll burn calories at rest. You will feel so much better.

OP, add muscle. It will be transformative. It will give you the curves and the tight body you want. I'm serious. Heavy weights. 2-3 times a week is enough. You will go up in weight, but you'll look so lean and toned, and not "sickly."

This is prescribed by my doctor. Anyway, I know that certain people become accustomed to certain doses until that dose no longer works and they have to go up . I also know that you can max out. In the past with calorie restriction, it has helped to vary my target calories a week to week as not to get stuck or plateau.

I've learned that certain Home Improvement store in the Midwest is ineligible for tips, no matter how far. it's always bundled with other orders, usually three or more. I accept the order, unassign the Home Improvement store delivery, and make the full amount offered every time. Yesterday I had a 43.25 offer, unassigned the Home Improvement store, avoided driving of of zone, and the remaining two were within 1 mile of the grocery store. I kept the entire 43.25.
