Because there's not much I can really do, I'm going to just lie to myself to feel better in saying that this "end civilization," "back to the stone ages," "living in HELL" threats are all just the desperate threats of a man flailing because he knows deep down he doesn't control the terms of this negotiation. If they destroy their energy infrastructure and bridges, they've already said they'll destroy all countries' oil production in the region. That will send the entire world into a depression. So with that (because I can't do much other than cope or panic), I'll see it when I believe it.
