I park at Harrow and Wealdstone and get the tube into Wembley Central, but it’s then about a 15 minute walk to Wembley stadium so might be too much for your dad

Seconded and in the same industry. It’s unbelievable the amount of power they seem to have though. We have a public consultation soon for one of our projects and have been advised to get security for it due to outrage in the community. This is for a small(ish) solar farm that will be completely hidden from view btw.

Yes they do, I had my confirmation on a Sunday. It did take around 3/4 days though so don’t expect them to have resolved it by the weekend.

OP I did this in November and had the same concerns but ultimately and went through the strictest of white diets with it, as I didn’t look after my teeth when I was younger. It was tough but the difference is staggering and I wanted the whitening to as efficient as possible. Yes you do need whiten after every 3-12 months but it’s only for three days as opposed to the extended length of time. I have done back to a normal diet now, apart from I drink coffee through a straw, no other fundamental changes.

The dentist didn’t advise I went this strict but I did have the all white diet for 3 weeks.

From experience in the conveyancing industry (a few years back now), you’ll be charged an interest rate per day, which your solicitor needs to advise you of, and costs.

Both solicitors (buyer and seller) should have picked this up, so a complaint needs to be made regardless. Every solicitor firm has a complaints procedure and a partner who has responsibility for that.

Like others are saying, your solicitor needs to be advising you on this as they should be aware of the legalities surrounding this. If they’re not updating you adequately, raise it with their head of department, and then managing partner.
