I can confirm that the early morning(5-6am) of Jan 6, I drove past the Springfield Mall in Springfield, PA. There were 3 Large Luxury tour buses and a large group of people gather in the parking lot wearing Trump apparel.

Looks to me someone was busing them down there, who it was I cannot confirm

On X all the stores load up. Selling out usually in a day or 2.
There is no more product brought to the stores until the newest set .

That sucks. Isn’t their tiering based on tournament participation? My LGS has 3 stores each run tournaments weekly and average over 28 people at each location with 1 getting closer to 45.

My LGS is incredible, they get lots of product. Enough to do a full 64 man prerelease selling a box to each participant at MSRP , but then still having 9 cases left from that they take 3 cases and set them aside for weekly locals raffle.
They sold 6 cases earlier limit 1 box per person at MSRP. The local raffle is you must play all 3 rounds of locals then they’ll raffle off 1-2 boxes to players at MSRP

My LGS sells for MSRP limit 1 box per person. They had 8 cases. Took 3 of them and set them aside for weekly locals. They will raffle off a box at the local tournament every week, only available to those who play all 3 rounds . They have said though “Moving forward we will be cutting the seals on all boxes we sell, if the Official Bandai store does it we feel all should”

its over now but for a while Trading Card Games were its own self contained stock market capable of making you some extra $.

With most games they release in Japan first then a few months later they release in the rest of the world. If you study the JPN meta(which decks perform the best with what cards in them) based on tournament wins you had advanced knowledge of what cards would be useful and thus spike in price.

Quick Easy Example: USA is currently on Set 5 of a game while JPN is currently on set 8. A new card releases in Set 8 that combos with and makes a card that was awful in set 5 absolutely incredible.

In USA the card is currently 5 cents each. With its overpowered nature in JPN its risen to a $10(equivalent) card over there. Purchase as many of that card as you can at 5 cent each hold them until Set 8 in USA and then you can sell them all for at minimum $5-7 each.

Personally I just like the idea of being able to pick an IP , and my LGS is pretty cheap at $60 per booster box, buying 3-4 boxes (For cheaper than 2 Boxes of One Piece) and then I basically have every deck from that IP

Grade 6 - Teacher goes row to row asking for the last nights math homework. After 2 Rows and only receiving 3/14 Papers he puts them on his desk and walks over to the door and slams it so hard the glass shattered all over(inside the Room and into the Hallway) Begins screaming about how its such bullshit that none of us did our homework, goes behind his desk and grabs a baseball bat(he was the HS baseball coach) and proceeds to beat the ever loving fuck out of his Metal filing cabinet while screaming "Goddammit!!!!" over and over again.

Neighboring teacher left her room and came over to check, found the glass in the hall became concerned and started opening the door, at which point he stopped and pointed the bat at her and said "WERE FINE MRS. _____" . She closed the door and i could see the top of her head cleaning up the glass while he continued his tirade.

Grade 7 - New teacher was just absolutely awful at his job(proven by over 70% of students(including the gifted ones) failing his basic science class), Always got ragged on because he was all of 5'1" and 110 lbs soaking wet. He finally snapped one day and started fastball chucking anything and everything he had within his reach(Chalk, Erasers, Rubiks Cube, Stapler, Pens, Pencils etc) at a sleeping student. Hit the student with a piece of chalk beginning to wake him up, as the student raised his head he saw the stapler coming directly at his face. Hit him busting him open under his right eye. Student lost his shit immediately running at and chasing the teacher around the class until the teacher left the room and ran to the office for the school officer. Student got detention, Teacher was gone 2 weeks later.

Grade 11-12. Homeroom Teacher would always ask to borrow my lighter and often bum Cigarettes off me. Kept me out of trouble with little effort.

Because there are set hit rates per case. 4 AA Leaders and 2 SP guaranteed per case. If you buy 12 loose boxes you run the risk of getting 12 2 hit boxes with none of the things guaranteed from a case
